Whether it’s performing a comparative market analysis, holding an open house or negotiating and communicating with the agents on the other side, your needs will be my top priority. In order to get the right price for your home you need to work with the right Realtor and I will be that Realtor for you.

How do I get my home ready to sell?

I recommend that you get your home ready to sell before listing it on the market, saving you time and energy during the process. Cleaning thoroughly and decluttering along with making needed repairs will help your home sell faster and at its highest value.

How do you calculate the value of my property?

After speaking with you about your goals I will perform a comparative market analysis on your home to determine its fair market value. This analysis will identify similar homes within close proximity that have recently sold. It will consider style, square footage, age, condition, neighborhood and more to determine the best price to list your home at.

What’s the difference between assessed value and market value?

As mentioned above, market value is the estimated listing price of a home, the assessed value is actually a figure used by the county to collect the appropriate amount of taxes.

Will you hold an open house?

If desired and deemed necessary, I will certainly hold an open house for your home. I can discuss the pros and cons of holding an open house during my listing presentation.

What resources will you use to sell my home?

It’s important to hire a Realtor who will go above and beyond your expectations.

What do we do in a multiple offer scenario?

In a seller’s market, multiple offer scenarios are common. The highest offer isn’t always the best offer though. Whether it’s contingencies or loan scenarios, you will want an educated Realtor to guide you through the process.
